At 73, living alone in my cozy farmhouse, I find myself looking down the path toward 80 and beyond with a mixture of gratitude, curiosity, and hope. And if there is one thing the years have taught me, it is this: aging well isn't simply about how many years we add to our lives, but how much life we add to those years.


Of course, genetics, medical history, and circumstances all influence how we age. We cannot control everything.
